Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FIND!

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the "user" or "you") and APPLICATION MOBILE FIND INC. ("FIND" or "us"). By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By downloading, installing, or using FIND., you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not download, install, or use the FIND platform.

Purpose of the Application

FIND is a free platform. Most features of FIND are free, with a few exceptions.

FIND allows users to:

• Post job offers ($)
• Post professional service offers ($)
• Search for jobs and services
• Offer and search for volunteer opportunities
• Contact advertisers via messaging
• Manage profile and listings

Access to the Application

Access to FIND requires the creation of a user account. To create an account, you must provide certain personal information, such as your first and last name, postal address, email address, and password. You must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FIND. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

Liability

FIND shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to, property damage, financial losses, reputational harm, or bodily injury. FIND is also not responsible for the reach of your listings or the number of responses you receive in connection with them.

Our mission at FIND is to give you the visibility you need. To do this, we allow you to customize your profile, publish listings, and contact advertisers via messaging.

Profile

You have the ability to create a custom profile. To further personalize it, we offer the option to include a presentation video. Your profile is private while browsing the FIND interface. To make your profile accessible and visible to other users, you must contact them either by responding to an advertiser or by publishing your own listing.

Messaging

The messaging feature allows you to quickly contact an advertiser or receive responses related to your listings. It also allows you to send photos or files directly as needed.

Listings

You have the ability to create custom listings based on your needs. Whether for employment, services, or volunteering, you can post "offers" or "searches" via the platform.

Listings are associated with cities and various platform categories. We use geolocation to allow you to discover advertisers near you. You can also choose the "remote" option, which makes your listing available across all cities on the platform.

"Search" listings are free. Fees apply for "offer" listings for employment and services.

FIND does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of job offers or services, nor the ability of users to fulfill their obligations arising from those offers.

Compliance with the Law

FIND users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when posting job or service offers, including, but not limited to, labour laws, tax laws, and consumer protection laws.

Property Rights

The FIND platform and website, along with all content presented therein, are the property of "Application mobile FIND inc." or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and product names displayed on the FIND platform and website are the property of "Application mobile FIND inc." or its licensors. You are not authorized to use these trademarks, logos, or product names without the written authorization of the company or the trademark owner.

User Content

All elements of the platform, including texts, images, sounds, videos, and logos, are protected by intellectual property law. You are not authorized to reproduce, represent, modify, distribute, or exploit these elements in any way without the prior written authorization of FIND.

When you post content on the FIND platform, you retain all intellectual property rights to that content. However, by posting content on FIND, you grant FIND a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform that content in the context of operating and promoting the FIND platform.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use FIND only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws in Quebec and Canada. You agree in particular to:

• Not create false profiles or misleading listings
• Not distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Not distribute content for which you do not hold the rights
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Not use FIND for commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of FIND
• Not share your personal information and passwords with others
• Not attempt to hack or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Not import viruses or malicious code
• Not collect data from our platform through automated means without authorization
• Not sell or purchase data from our platform

Termination

"Application mobile FIND inc." reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these terms of use or any other FIND policy.

Permissions You Grant to FIND

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to all content you create and share on FIND. However, in order for us to provide our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, translate, and create derivative works of your content.

All content posted on your account will be deleted if you delete your account. Once the request is received, we begin the account deletion process, which may take up to 90 days.

You also authorize us to use your name and profile photo, as well as information related to your listings on FIND, in the context of advertising or commercial content displayed on our social media or other platforms, without compensation.

We strive to continuously improve our services and develop new features. We may update these terms to accurately reflect our services and practices, to promote a safe and secure experience, and/or to comply with applicable laws.

FIND reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the FIND website and platform. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

Account or Listing Deletion

We want to make FIND a safe and enjoyable platform. If we determine, at our discretion, that you have clearly, seriously, or repeatedly violated our terms or policies, we may disable or delete your account.

We may disable or delete your account if it is not verified after registration, if it remains inactive for a long period, or if we determine that someone has used it without your authorization.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between FIND and you regarding the use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed unwritten, but the other provisions will remain in effect.

Listings containing the following elements are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Sexual content and images: Listings may not contain sexually explicit images, videos, or pornographic content.
• Discrimination: Listings must not discriminate against individuals based on personal characteristics, including ethnic origin, skin color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Gambling: Listings may not promote online gambling for money.
• Exploitation and sexual services: Listings may not promote any form of human trafficking, prostitution, escorting, or sexual services.
• Misleading and fraudulent content: Listings may not contain misleading, false, or fraudulent information, nor include violent or hateful language.
• Third-party rights infringement: Listings may not include content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives: Listings may not promote services related to the purchase or sale of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
